StaffPad isn't updating

Windows:

If there's an update available for StaffPad, but you're not seeing it on your device, it might be that you're not running the latest version of Windows 10.

For Windows, make sure that you've updated Windows itself. StaffPad works best with Windows 1903 or later.

You can check you're running Windows 1903 or later by opening the Windows Settings app, then choosing System -> About and then viewing the version number.

If you're running less than 1903, go the Updates & Security tab in the Windows Settings app, and then choose "Check for Updates", and install any feature updates it finds. Note this may require a restart of your computer.

Once you're running 1903 or later, you can manually check for updates in the Microsoft Store app. Open the Store, and then choose Downloads & Updates from the app menu. Click "Get Updates" and StaffPad should show up in the list.

iPadOS:

iPadOS should update app automatically, but it might not happen immediately. You can manually check for updates by opening the App Store, tapping your account icon in the top right and checking the list for updates.
