I can't purchase StaffPad

Please contact the support teams for either the Microsoft Store or the Apple App Store, if you are experiencing any kind of difficultly with the purchase, your license, or buying the app, for example:

  • Your credit card is declined or expired
  • You are experiencing difficulties when paying with PayPal
  • You are experiencing a billing error within the App Stores
  • You need to update your account details
  • You have forgotten your account password or can't find a license or a record for an already purchased app in your account.
  • You have a billing or account related complaint or issue
